InterAngler's Exclusive Dates with River Plate Outfitters - 2007-2008 Season
InterAngler has reserved 11 exclusive weeks during the peak of the northern
& southern Brazilian Amazon's angling season - on what we consider to be
the world's finest peacock bass rivers!

FALL - Unini River, Brazilian Amazon (Float Plane Fly in/out Cabin Barges -
8 Anglers Per Week) - Incredibly-scenic river with white sand beaches,
butterflies and brilliant bird life. Tanin-stained river with one of the
best size averages in the entire Amazon basin, super topwater enthusiasts
interested in catching impressive numbers of larger-than-average peacock
bass. Fifteen to twenty five fish per angler per day! Average fish size
about 14-pounds, with the largest going up to about 25-pounds.

WINTER - Tapera River, Northern Brazilian Amazon
Tapera River (Float Plane Fly in/out Cabin Barges - 8 Anglers Per Week) -
Beautiful white sand beaches with 'Jurassic Park' surrounding jungle.
Generally clear water (depending upon water levels), great for fly caters
and plug casters. Fantastic daily catch averages (15-40 peacocks per angler
per day), with an average size of about 5-pounds. Fish up to 22-pounds were
taken during my weeks last year . . .

Thursday 5:15 PM (Winter flights depart one hour earlier)
Depart Miami via LAB flight #903 direct flight to Manaus. 11:20 PM arrive
Manaus. Overnight at the Tropical Hotel.
Friday Early AM Wheeled or combination Cessna Caravan float
plane transfer to River - Half Day fishing on arrival
Saturday-Thursday Six (6) full days of fishing

Friday Morning departure from river back to Manaus via
Wheeled and/or Caravan float plane. Overnight at the Tropical Hotel.

Saturday 11:50AM Depart Manaus via LAB flight #906 direct
flight to Miami - arriving in Miami at 4:00 PM - make connections home.

Terms & Conditions
Package Rates: Fall/2007 Matupiri/Unini River, $3,850.00 per person/based on
double occupancy; includes round-trip float plane transfer into camp, but
does not include round-trip Miami/Manaus/Miami airfare (maximum 8 anglers
in camp). Winter 2008, Tapera River, $3,850.00 per person/based on double
occupancy - includes round-trip float plane transfer into camp, but does not
include round-trip Miami/Manaus/Miami airfare (maximum 8 anglers in camp).
Round-trip MIA/MAO/MIA airfare is ±$900.00 (prices subject to change). All
packages includes 9 days/8 nights with 5 full fishing days. Single
occupancy rate (private tent, boat and guide for one angler) is an
additional $2,000.00.

Rate Includes: Ground transfers between hotels, airports (Brazil) and
fishing destinations; all domestic charter air flights (where applicable) in
Brazil (clients that deviate from the week's normal scheduling will be
charged to cover additional charter expenses); hotel stay (double occupancy)
in Manaus and accommodations at the fishing grounds; all meals at the
fishing destination, including soft drinks, wine & beer; fishing permits and
guide-operated fishing boat.


Not Included: Brazilian visa; tips to guide/camp staff or hotel personnel
in Manaus; overweight luggage; personal items; food and beverages in Manaus;
liquor; fishing equipment/tackle; private city tours and airport departure
tax.

Travel Documents: To enter Brazil you must have a valid passport and a
Brazilian tourist visa. Passports must be submitted to the Brazilian
Consulate (or a visa service) no later than one month prior to your trip.

Deposit/Cancellation/Refund: A deposit of $1,500.00 per person is required
to secure a fishing reservation. The deposit will be refunded - less
$200.00 per person to cover communications and handling - if written
cancellation is received 90 days prior to departure. Thereafter, deposit is
forfeited in full unless a replacement is found. Final payment is due 60
days prior to departure. At this point participants are responsible for
total land costs and no refund will be made unless a replacement is found.
There is no refund for any unused portion of the land package. Trip
cancellation insurance information and contact numbers will be offered to
each U.S. and Canadian registrant. All anglers will be required to sign and
return a Release & Indemnification Waiver to participate in an InterAngler
LLC trip. Receipt of deposit and/or final payment by InterAngler is
acknowledgment that registrant has read and accepts cancellation/refund and
responsibility clause.

Important Note: The outfitter reserves the right to make on-site changes to
the itinerary which may affect the cost due to published air schedule
changes, prevailing conditions and/or other unforseen circumstances. In
order to maximize fishing potential throughout the season, and in accordance
with varying water conditions, the rivers to be fished may be changed at the
option of the outfitter. In rare instances the outfitter may be forced to
cancel a given week due to high water/poor fishing conditions. In this case
the outfitter will be responsible for re-booking canceled clients in
subsequent weeks up to and not exceeding one year from the cancellation
date; IN THIS CASE NO PORTION OF THE GROUND PACKAGE WILL BE REFUNDED.

RESPONSIBILITY: InterAngler, LLC,. Santa Fe, NM and its affiliated or
associated companies or agents (collectively 'InterAngler, LLC') act only as
agents for contractors or owners and outfitters, hotels, airlines,
shipowners and charter air carriers providing means of transportation or
other services. All tickets, vouchers and contracts of such hotels,
airlines, operators and contractors are issued subject to any and all
tariffs, terms and conditions under which such accommodations, means of
transportation or other services are offered or provided. The issuance and
acceptance of any such tickets, vouchers and contracts shall be deemed to be
consent to further conditions: a) that InterAngler, LLC nor any of its
affiliated or associated companies, agents, or sub-agents shall be liable in
any way or become liable or responsible in any way in connection with such
hotels or lodges, means of transportation or other services, or for any
loss, injury, or damage to or in respect to any person or property howsoever
caused or arising; b) air carriers involved are not to be held responsible
for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not aboard
their airplane: the passenger contract, or tickets in use by the airlines,
when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline, the
purchaser of any of these tours and/or the passenger; c) InterAngler, LLC
reserves the right to make such alterations in the itinerary as it seems to
them necessary or desirable, to refuse to accept or retain as a member of
the party any person at any time (in such case a refund will be based on the
actual cost of the unfinished portion of tour) and to pass on to tour
members expenditures occasioned by delays or offense beyond their control;
d) the right is reserved to cancel any tour prior to departure, in which
case full refund will constitute full settlement to the passenger; f) prices
quoted are based on foreign exchange values and tariffs currently in effect
and prices are subject to change; g) baggage and personal effects, including
items purchased, are the sole responsibility of the owners at all times and
InterAngler, LLC shall not be held liable for loss or damage to any personal
property whatsoever.
